Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for services provided by Decent Web Services LLP.

As our work involves custom design and development effort, advance payments cover work already started and are generally non-refundable once a project has begun.

If a project is cancelled before significant work has started, any refund will be considered in proportion to the work completed, at our discretion.

Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, SMS and payment-gateway charges are non-refundable. For any billing question, contact info@decentdesign.in.
